What does Poets And Pilgrims exactly do?
Poets And Pilgrims offers ‘shared life experiences’ where we get together as a community and foster human bond. Nearly all experiences, especially trips, are done in small groups.
Poets And Pilgrims aims to create a safe space for individuals from diverse backgrounds where everyone should feel at home.
Is Poets And Pilgrims a tour company or travel agency?
No, Poets And Pilgrims is not a tour company, startup, corporate etc. Travelling is indeed a big part of what we do because we see group travel as a great way to let go of our comfort, develop a wider perspective, and bond with others. But that’s not the only thing we do.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments using UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking or digital wallets.
Can I cancel a booking and get a refund?
The deposit amount is not refundable. Other payments are refundable, subject to cancellation timeframe. Read our Refund Policy to learn more.
Can I transfer my spot to someone else if I can't make it?
We don’t promise that but do get in touch with your request and we will decide based on factors like how much time is left till the commencement of an experience.
Can I get a discount?
We would love to offer discounts but as a small brand, we simply can’t afford that. We do have early-bird discounts from time to time, especially for Explore Together trips.
Members of Poets And Pilgrims Family (anyone who joins us on at least two experiences in the last 365 days) gets exclusive discount codes when a new experience is announced.
If you are booking an experience for a group of three or more at the same time, you may request a discount. The availability of a discount is solely at Poets And Pilgrims discretion.
Can I pay in cash/Can I pay once the experience starts?
No. All payments are made online through authorised payment processor before the experience commences.
I found a similar experience cheaper elsewhere. Can you match the cost?
We don’t promise to offer experiences at the least cost. Members who regularly join us value the love we pour into crafting an experience and the way we work with individuals, spaces, and communities.
Poets And Pilgrims works directly with service providers without an intermediary and compensate them fairly. Cutthroat bargaining is not our thing.
Are your experiences queer friendly?
Yes, and we also plan on having queer-only group experiences.
Can children join Poets And Pilgrims experiences?
Usually not, unless an experience is crafted specifically for children.
I just want to create content for social media. Can I join you?
Members join us to truly live the experience without distractions. While we don’t discourage members from clicking pictures or making videos here and there, we are not able to offer you the right space if your aim is to simply make vlogs, reels etc.

We are always on the lookout for welcoming and non-judgemental spaces/individuals for hosting an experience across India and beyond.
