Refund Policy
Activities booked on Poets And Pilgrims website are refundable within a certain time frame. This document details the cancellation and refund terms. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms.
Cancellations
To cancel a booking, make a formal request at our email address – hello_@_poetsandpilgrims.com (remove underscores). This is the only way to request a cancellation.
If you booked for more than one members, you may request cancellation of one or more members.
Refund terms
- Refunds are initiated in the original payment mode only. In no case a refund can be transferred to other modes.
- No refund requests will be entertained for for no-show.
- Services offered as a part of a package can not be refunded separately in case of no use.
- You may request your booking to be transferred to an upcoming activity. The amount payable will be calculated based on activity prices and applicable deduction (see the refund time frame below). A transfer is not guaranteed and your request may be considered based on factors including but not limited to available spots and time left before the activity commence date.
- If we cancel an activity due to unforeseeable reasons, we will give you a credit note that can be redeemed to book other activities.
Refund time frame
- Once a cancellation request is received and accepted, we will initiate a refund within 2 working days. The refund amount is calculated according to the time frame mentioned below.
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the activity start date will incur 10% fees.
- Cancellations made within 59 to 30 days before the activity start date will incur 25% fees.
- Cancellations made within 29 to 15 days before the activity start date will incur 50% fees.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the activity start date will not be refunded.
- Once a refund has been initiated, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the amount to appear in your statement.
